At Ori Stone Way, we currently offer lease terms ranging from 9 – 12 months. However, after the building reaches stabilized occupancy, we will convert 2 staged units into fully-furnished units. Please note that short-term furnished units may be subject to additional short-term lease fees, and the minimum lease term will be three months. Please get in touch with the property manager for more details.

You can apply to the available units through our application page. The holding deposit will be issued as a prepayment for any unpaid balance upon moving in.

Electricity is billed by Seattle City Light. You will receive your first electricity bill within two months. From there, you can set up an online account with the account ID provided to you. Water, sewer, garbage, and gas are billed by YES Energy, which will be posted on your tenant portal along with your other monthly charges.
